Delete your account

You can delete your FitApp account at any time, from the app or from this website, and you can ask us to erase it permanently.

Option 1, in the app

1. Open FitApp and go to Profile → Settings.
2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. You are signed out and your profile is hidden immediately: it stops appearing in search, in the community feed and to other members.

Option 2, on the web

Sign in at your account page and use Delete your account at the bottom. It does exactly the same thing, and does not require installing the app.

You have 30 days to change your mind, then it is erased

Nothing is erased straight away. Sign in again within 30 days and choose Restore my account, and your workouts, food log, profile name and photo come back exactly as they were.

Once those 30 days pass, the account and everything listed below are permanently erased automatically. That is final: there is nothing left to restore, and we cannot bring it back either.

Option 3, erase it sooner, or without signing in

If you want the 30 days skipped, or you have lost access and cannot sign in, message us on WhatsApp from the phone number or with the e-mail address on the account. We verify that the account is yours, erase it within 30 days, and confirm when it is done. There is no charge, and this cannot be undone.

What the erasure removes

• Your profile: name, username, photo, bio and account e-mail.
• All training data: workouts, sets, routines, personal records and body measurements.
• All nutrition data: food and water logs, goals, custom foods and recipes.
• Everything social: posts, reels, stories, comments, likes, ratings and follows.
• Your progress photos and your notification tokens.

What we keep, and why

• Payment records (amount, date, plan) are retained where accounting and tax law requires it. They are kept separately from your profile and are not used to identify you afterwards.
• Messages you sent in a conversation stay visible to the other person, the same way a message you already sent cannot be taken out of somebody else's inbox.
• Anonymous, aggregated statistics: for example "how many workouts were logged this week". These carry no personal identifier and cannot be traced back to you.

Export anything you want to keep before you delete, or at the latest during the 30 days.
