These terms govern your use of FitApp. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.

1. The service

FitApp provides workout and nutrition tracking, coaching tools and a social community. Some features require a PRO subscription. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping it secure. Don't impersonate others, post illegal content, harass people, or abuse the community features. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

3. PRO & payments

PRO is available by subscription (card, in-app) or by direct crypto payment through our website. Store subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google and follow their refund rules. Crypto payments are manual and non-refundable once PRO is activated, as blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.

4. Health disclaimer

FitApp provides general fitness information and tools, not medical advice. Training and nutrition carry inherent risks. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new program, and stop if you feel unwell. You use the app at your own risk.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a licence to display it within the app so the community features work. You are responsible for content you share.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of FitApp.
